Shipping

The charts are 50cm x 70cm or A3 and are printed locally in Melbourne, Australia. They feature artwork on one side as shown. They are printed on a 100% recycled stock, with a weight of 200gsm. Please note, as the paper is recycled small imperfections may be present, such as tiny flecks. Timber hangers are not included.

Charts are sent in a cardboard cylinder. Orders of multiple charts with be mailed in one shipping tube.

Our beautiful and simplistic wooden chart hangers are designed to be a more delicate alternative to bulky traditional picture frames. They are custom made to suit our chart size, made out of beautiful teak wood which adds a natural calm element to any room. You can find them HERE

As the charts are a relatively standard size of 50cm x 70cm and A3, there are many framing options available. For example, IKEA offer off-the-shelf frames at this size at various prices.

Another great option is to laminate to protect against sticky hands. This can usually be at your local printer or framer.

We mainly use Courier Service for Metro areas for all our shipping. This usually means your order will arrive within 4 days but please allow around 7 business days for your products to arrive. If you require your charts in a hurry, please select Express option

Standard shipping within Australia is FREE on order over $50. Standard shipping is $9, express is $12.70 (or $5 if your order is over $50)

We NOW ship Worldwide via International Shipping. This means your order should arrive in around 10 business days after you receive shipping confirmation. (Worldwide locations have varying shipping timelines).

PLEASE NOTE: orders placed outside of Australia may incur inbound customs, VAT or other local tax charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We offer 30 day change of mind returns or exchange on our Charts. Just make sure the Charts are not damaged and in original condition (Shipping cost not included). If you would like to make a return please contact us

Please be aware the colour of the charts may vary to that which is displayed on the website. This can occur due to a wide range of factors such as different monitor settings, computer hardware and numerous other reasons.
